1. Nature of Service
ReplixPro is a software automation tool only. We do NOT provide trading signals, financial advice, investment strategies, or business consulting. The Service executes automated responses based entirely on rules you configure.
2. User Control & Responsibility
You are the driver. All automation actions are based on parameters set by you. You acknowledge:
- You have complete control over all auto-reply messages and flows
- You are solely responsible for all automated messages sent
- You accept full responsibility for all activities through your account
- Consequences of automation (including WhatsApp restrictions) are your responsibility
3. Third-Party Dependencies
ReplixPro integrates with WhatsApp, Brevo, and other services. We are NOT responsible for:
- Service interruptions caused by WhatsApp, Meta, or third-party providers
- WhatsApp account bans or restrictions
- Downtime or functionality changes beyond our control
4. Subscription & Refunds
The Pro Plan ($9/month) is a software license fee granting access to premium features. Due to immediate digital access, refunds are generally not provided. A free plan is available to evaluate the service before upgrading.
5. Limitation of Liability
ReplixPro shall NOT be liable for loss of profits, revenue, customers, or any damages resulting from your automation configurations or third-party service disruptions.
